At the weekends, Darren loves nothing more than spending quality family time with his wife Rachel, two children and Monty the dog and occasionally tinkering with his classic car.
Rachel
Director
Behind every successful business is a supporting, loving wife, mother and bookkeeper. Rachel is responsible for ensuring that our suppliers get paid and balancing the books. Rachel lives for the weekend, spending time with Darren, their two children and of course walking Monty the dog.
Sarah
Operations Manager
Sarah is responsible for the successful delivery of our customer’s accessible bathroom installations. Sarah has a can do attitude and ensures that our installation teams continue to deliver high-quality customer service and brilliant bathroom installations. On the weekends, Sarah can be found spending quality family time with her husband and three children as well as enjoying a glass of fizz (or two).

James Spicer is an experienced bathroom designer and has been with the company for over ten years. James will come to your home to establish your requirements and find the right option for your bathing needs based on your mobility. James is a family man that loves spending his weekends with his wife and son and has a second love of motorsports.
Trevor
Quality Control Manager
Trevor is the company’s Quality Control Manager and has a wealth of experience in the accessible bathroom industry. Trevor is the smiling face that visits you for customer surveys as well as our installation quality assurance sign-off protocols. On the weekends, Trevor can be found spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren and watching Arsenal F.C.
Leigh
Customer Service Advisor
When you call Absolute Mobility, there is a good chance that Leigh will be the first to answer your call. Leigh is a busy mum of 3 children and spends the weekends with the family walking the hills around the local area, or visiting the local parks. When Leigh has some downtime, she really enjoys a good book and an occasional rum and coke, she also has a passion for music, and when possible, she enjoys going to concerts to see her favourite bands.
Carolina
Customer Care Advisor
Carolina is the glue between our customer service and installation teams. Carolina loves nothing more than spending her quality time with loved ones and travelling the world. She has a BIG passion for football (especially Benfica!) and has visited lots of football stadiums across England and Portugal. Don’t tell anyone, but she is Cristiano Ronaldo’s number 1 fan!

Customer Care Advisor Emily shines in making sure all our clients receive the utmost attention and care they deserve. With vast experience in the construction industry and overseeing installations, she brings a wealth of wisdom and knowledge to the table. Emily’s strives for exceptional customer experiences that align perfectly with our mission. Beyond work, she relishes boxing, family time and long walks with her dog – and once climbed Mount Snowdon with her son to raise funds for a Charity close to our hearts, League of Friends.

Our dependable Labourer, Matt, ensures smooth operations on-site by bringing the brawn as well as the brains! Matt’s skills don’t stop at bathroom installations – he once built a 36-foot carbon fibre catamaran, a remarkable feat! Matt is loyal, friendly and honest and cherishes our team and the impact we make on people’s lives.

Perfectionist Martin is pivotal in creating accessible bathrooms that enhance our customers’ lives. Off the clock, Martin enjoys skiing, adventures in his campervan and his renowned breakdance moves! Martin gets immense satisfaction from knowing his hard work makes our customers’ lives easier.

Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver
Lee, our incredible Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver is a true hero. Lee had a distinguished career in the Royal Air Force as an Assistant Air Traffic Controller and Assistant Area Radar Controller. He served at various RAF bases across the UK and Germany and played a crucial role in coordinating humanitarian aid efforts as part of NATO Operation Agricola in Kosovo. Lee is embracing a quieter life nowadays, spending time with his family on weekends instead of doing military drills!

Joe, our Trainee Bathroom Fitter, is honing his skill for transforming ordinary spaces into beautiful accessible bathrooms. With a fondness for spicy food, travelling to Iceland and playing guitar, Joe channels his creative energy into each project. Formerly a postman, he finds joy in offering exceptional service, and he always delivers! What Joe loves most about his role at Absolute Mobility is making daily life easier and more enjoyable for our customers.
