Yes, tub-style baths can be fitted with a shower screen or curtain and used as both a bath and shower area, enabling dual use.
Tub-style baths offer users who struggle to move in and out of the traditional lying-down position the chance to enjoy a comfortable bathing experience. These baths allow the bather to sit upright and get in and out easily without the added expense of a power lift seat.
A tub-style walk-in bath can range from 900mm long (our Maestro walk-in bath) to 1245mm long (our Georgia bath). This shorter length makes it easier to fit into small spaces, which makes this style ideal for compact bathrooms. It is worth noting that the smaller sizes have reduced knee spacing and are better suited to those who are shorter in height. However, the 1220mm length is suited to all heights.
