How long does it take to install a walk-in bath?

A walk-in bath can be installed in 1-2 days alone; however, if more work is required in the bathroom, such as replacing a WC and basin or adjusting flooring and tiling, it may take longer. A new walk-in bath as part of a bathroom refurbishment can take 1-2 weeks.

Should I choose a full-length walk-in bath or a walk-in shower bath?

A full-length walk-in bath is the same as a standard bath, with the addition of a door for easy step-in access. Some of these baths come with optional power lift seats to help you get in and out of the bath. A walk-in shower bath is the same as a full-length walk-in bath but with the ability to shower. Therefore, the decision is based on your personal preferences and whether you want the option to enjoy both bathing experiences.

What size is a full-length walk-in bath?

Full-length walk-in baths are 1500mm long or 1700mm long, which are the sizes of standard full-length baths, making them an easy replacement in your current bathroom layout.
